Nigerian singer and songwriter, David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has opened up about cheating on his wife, Chioma.
He admitted that he was unfaithful before they officially got married, saying it happened during a rough patch in their relationship. The singer said he deeply regrets his actions and believes Chioma deserved better at that time.
”I was most disappointed in myself when I cheated on my wife when we had a little rift back then before we got married. I thought I could have done better because she’s an amazing person. I know that was the only time I knew I messed up, but I have fixed it and we’re married,” he admitted.
