Nigerian content creator and influencer, Papaya Ex, has accused some officers of the Lagos State Police Command of physically assaulting her.
She said the incident happened on Friday night while she was returning from a shoot.
During a TikTok live, Papaya, showing her bleeding face, said the officers not only hit her face with a gun but also struck her breast and beat her driver.
In the video, one officer could be seen inside her car while others stood in front of it.
Though the actual assault wasn’t caught on camera, Papaya’s injuries were visible, including a mark on her face.
