IShowSpeed caused a scene at SoFi Stadium during Friday’s USA vs. Paraguay World Cup match in Inglewood.
At halftime, the internet star popped his head out of a luxury box suite in the lower bowl and dozens of fans quickly gathered to catch a glimpse. Speed was loving the attention — he shook hands with several screaming supporters and even snapped a few selfies — but the impromptu meet-and-greet drew the ire of staff who were trying to keep aisle walkways clear.
Guards pleaded with the crowd to move over and over again, but few left immediately, creating a traffic jam that made stadium staff cringe. After several minutes of chaos, a member of Speed’s team finally told the gathering to disperse — much to the delight of the workers.
Speed arrived around kickoff and streamed the whole evening to thousands on YouTube. When he wasn’t attracting masses to his area, he was seen hobnobbing with celebrities, including NFL stars Jaxson Dart, Jared Goff and Jayden Daniels.
