The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has fixed Monday, May 11, for its 2026 admission policy meeting.
At the meeting, officials will decide the minimum cut-off marks for the 2026/2027 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), as well as other key admission rules and guidelines.
According to JAMB spokesperson Fabian Benjamin, the meeting will be held at the Body of Benchers Auditorium in Jabi, Abuja.
The Minister of Education, Maruf Alausa, is expected to attend and present major policy directions for the new admission session.
The event will also feature the 6th National Tertiary Admissions Performance-Merit Awards, which honours institutions that strictly follow admission rules and maintain strong academic standards.
