Nigerian singer Ayra Starr answered critics after she posted photos in a sultry outfit with a headpiece on her social pages. The snaps drew calls that the look was indecent.
Her reply was blunt and cheeky: “Y’all relax in the comments, I’ve worn way worse, and I’m going to wear way worse, so manage your yarns”.
Fans piled in. One smartbeddings_interior wrote, “Go baby, as long as you aren’t my sister, I’m rooting for you

Ayra’s wardrobe history is well known — plenty of mini skirts, crop tops and the occasional baggy trousers. But this outfit is being called her most revealing yet. Nigerians are slowly adapting; negative comments haven’t stopped her.
Elsewhere on her feed she replied to an obsessed fan who said he wanted to be her pet, telling him to bark. In interviews, Ayra has spoken about her relationship with God and the Holy Spirit, saying she’s trying to be as perfect as Jesus but isn’t there yet. She’s not big on religion and prefers her own path.
